Thank you for shopping with Druvell. This policy explains how and when you can expect to receive your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification with tracking details once your order has shipped. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times and Rates
We currently offer standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is typically 7 to 15 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If your destination is not available at checkout, it means we are unable to ship there at this time.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Druvell is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at ryan.l.smith1022@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will work with you to make it right.
